I cannot add friends. Every time I click on add friends the screen glitches and the app shuts off and it goes to my home screen

      Every time I click on the add friend button the app shuts off. I have to restart the app every time I click on add friends and resign into my Microsoft account. It is very glitchy and I cannot add anyone.
