Items disappear after death

      During Minecraft bedrock addition, I died in the nether.  In the next 5 minutes I go back to the nether and some of my stuff (including Netherite sword) disappears when I change the game mode normal to peaceful. Please fix this bug asap. And If possible, please spawn me with the Netherite sword that disappears.
