Unable to remove soul speed 3 iron boots. Tried to take them off and they stay put.

      Tried to swap out completely depleted soul speed 3 and unbreaking 3 iron boots after they didn't break. When I try to remove them they pop back into the boot armour slot. Can't get a screen shot unfortunately
