You can't craft banner patterns using the 2x2 crafting grid from player inventory

      Summary:
      When you try to make a pattern for a banner using the 2x2 crafting grid, it will not work at all.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Get the ingredients to craft a pattern for a banner
      2. Place the ingredients into the 2x2 crafting grid
      3. Attempt to craft the banner pattern

      Observed Results:
      The banner pattern cannot be crafted.

      Expected Results:
      The banner pattern should be crafted.

      Note: Please tell me if this also happened to other items that you're trying to craft
