In survival,  I have multiple stacks of cobblestone. Whenever I go to make a tool and it says I don't have sticks, it replaces the cobblestone in the recipe for Blackstone. It's not messing with my game in any way other than that, but I just thought you might want to know in case is becomes more of a problem.
