In my world a zombified piglin spawned naturally with a nether rite sword.

After I killed it, it dropped the sword where I found that it had full durability and was enchanted.

It was enchanted with: Smite 4, Fire Aspect 2, Knockback 2, Looting 3, and Mending.

The sword did not disappear at any point and was fully functional with all of its enchantments.
