So ever since we have been able to join through Xbox live on mcpe (around 0.13.0), people haven’t been able to join my worlds unless they are on the same wifi as me. I have had this issue on my current device as well as iPhone SE (for the 6). I am able to join the worlds of only a select few people on my friends list. But for most of them it waits for a while saying “connecting to the world” or something like that, and the  it says unable to connect to world. i have tried joining a friend on another account and had the same issue, my privacy settings are set to allow me to join others and others to join me. Its not an issue with wifi as i tried on data and nothing changed. They are not on beta and are on the same version as me. Since I am able to join Some people it is likely not an issue with device settings, pls help.
