Try enchanting a bunch of books in Bedrock, as well as in Java.

In my experience, Java almost always gives 1 enchantment type, sometimes 2, very rarely 3

Bedrock will commonly give many more types of enchantments on a single book, be it 3, 4, 5, 6. Something that I haven't seen from enchanting books in Java.
