      Description

The problem occurs when mining a block that naturally appears in small clusters, such as coal, andesite, and gravel. It arises when you mine one or two of the block and suddenly all the like blocks around it automatically mine themselves and when you walk up to farther blocks of the same type it occurs again. It doesn't always happen but when it does it lags the game and can create other issues and is overall worsens gameplay because there is no way to predict when it is going to happen.

I have both Bedrock and Java on the same platform; however, I have not experienced it on Java.
