Lag while battling Wither

      The lag gets insane when battling the Wither. It starts right when the Wither spawns, and lags the whole fight. The lag is constant, possibly 3 fps during the fight, making it impossible to win. I don't know why this is happening because it doesn't happen with the Ender Dragon.
