      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Hold a totem of undying
      2. Kill yourself in survival mode
      3. Check the duration of Regeneration II

      Observed Results:

      •  The duration is 40 secs. 

      Expected Results:

      •  The duration should be 45 secs. (Based on Java Edition 1.16.2)
