When going through an end gateway to get to the end islands for a second time, the player was teleported into the void instead of onto the outer end islands, causing almost instant death and losing all of his stuff. This only happened once and we could not recreate it, because every time after we were teleported near the main portal on the original end island, not to the outer ones.
