When the music slider is adjusted, Jukebox and noteblock volume are unchanged. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Settings > Audio and set the music volume to 0
2. Place down a jukebox and note block
3. Play a music disc/note

Observed Results:
The music still plays.

Expected Results:
The music should not play.
