Advanced Dragons map not allowing trading with any traders or merchants

      The Advanced Dragons map from the marketplace does not work.   You can't trade with merchants so you can't get dragon totems, which means you can't ever get dragons.   The creator said they can't help and that it is bug for Minecraft to fix.  Please help.
