Trees are not dropping saplings when I harvest them (not specific to any type of tree)

      Trees are not dropping saplings when I harvest them for wood. This only started happening after the 0.11.1 update. It is not specific to any type of tree, it has happened with oak, birch, and others. Thanks in advance for your help!
