Used a respawn anchor in the nether, then removing it and dying sets your respawn point to the overworld matching coordinates, not using the prior bed respawn coordinates nor the world spawn coordinates

      Steps:
      1 Get a respawn Anchor
2 Place it far in the nether and charge it
3 Set your spawn In it
      4 Die
5 Set your respawn in the anchor
      6 Remove it
      7 Die

You respawn away from the world spawn point in the overworld
