1. Equip The Shield To You

2. Spawn A Stray

3. Crouch Down And The Shield Will Start Protecting

4. Get Close To The Stray And Face Toward The Stray. The Stray Will Shout The Arrow Of Slowness At You

And You Should Get The Effect Of Slowness

Also The Same Thing Happens With All Arrows With Effects
