Eu estou tentando fazer crossplay do meu ps4 com minha namorada no Android (10) dela na versão 1.16.1 e quando tentamos nos conectar aparece que "não foi possível se conectar ao mundo." Como resolver? ;-;

(I'm trying to make crossplay on  my ps4 with my girlfriend on her Android (10) on the version 1.16.1 and when we try to connect it appears that "it was not possible to connect to the world." How to solve? ;-; )
