Founder's Cape Doesn't Show Up when signing out and then signing back in

      Hi, I just wanted to say that when I use my custom skins on xbox by signing out and signing in, the founder's cape is missing and the only cape left is the Pancake Cape. Here's the video to show you what I mean.
