Bug: Piglins don't pick up gold ingots for bartering when in a Minecart

To reproduce the bug:

• Place a rail in the nether
• Place a minecart on top of the rail
• Manage to lure a piglin to the minecart so it sits on it
• Throw a gold ingot (make sure mob griefing is ON) and the piglin won't pick it up

EDIT:

After further research about the bug, I found out that it is very likely to be a hitbox related bug rather than a bug in Piglin behavior.

There is a video I recorded, in which you can see the piglin in the minecart. It is placed on a 3 x 4 platform, walled by Red Nether Bricks. The piglin does not pick up gold ingots if you block the area beside the minecart (Iron Block Used). If it is not present, only then the piglin will pick up the gold ingot. The air block below the iron block is also necessary for the piglin to pick up gold while being in the minecart.
