      1) I was playing on a personal world and was excited to experience the new nether update. I spent around 2 hours mining for ancient debris and fount 21 in total. As I kept mining, Minecraft unexpectedly crashed and brought me to the Xbox home screen. I thought this was odd, but assumed it was just my Xbox being slow. I proceeded to load up Minecraft again, only to find that I died for no apparent reason. I was obviously angry at this but assumed I would be able to retrieve my loot. I immediately went back to the exact spot I died only to find that all of my loot on my character had despawned, even though there were lots of netherite blocks (which I had not picked up) still spawned in where I died.

I understand that the new update may have resulted in new bugs; however, I have spent countless hours creating and enchanting all of my weapons and armor, only to have it disappear for no apparent reason. I hope that Mojang will fix this in the near future.

      2) Since the nether update, I have also noticed that some of the lightings in my base have been turning off depending on which chunks they are in. A learned that a simple fix to this is to update a nearby block, but this is tedious and needs to be fixed.
