The problem I present is on iPad, every time I try to open a multiplayer session and connect to my microsoft account, it tells me: "Something went wrong. Try again or try on Xbox.com" or it keeps loading.

The temporary solution is to connect to another wifi network, (I use mobile data), and that solves it, but every time I close Minecraft, the problem persists.

I would like you to give me a definitive solution.
