After nether reset for version 1.16, portals in the overworld will not link to portals in the nether on the same X and Z coordinates. Going through the portal in the overworld, the player will be teleported at a location in the nether, sometimes with no new nether portal created. Player gets teleported inside blocks causing suffocation. Linking issue occurs approximately 50% of the time when a new portal is created in the nether.
