when in custom skin creator it always tells you what achievement to get to unlock the skin creator item, but not with the fishbowl helmet thing... IDK if its suppost to be like that but it is it just says "This item is unlocked when completing (A) achievement" and not the achievement that you need to complete like this > (This item is unlocked when completing the Getting wood achievement)
