Expected: Place again the potions of regeneration with extended (or level II) effects to make them splash or change them in other way.

Happen: Can't place the potions that were taken 

To replicate:
-Make potions of regeneration

-Add glowstone or redstone and wait

(now has extended or level II effects)

-Take 1 of the potions

-Try to place it again
