When moving around items in the classic UI, items will have an animation for moving between spots. However, as of 1.16.0, it seems these animations have suddenly turned grayscale. The bug doesn't affect blocks (I'm guessing since it's a rendering issue it would affect weird blocks like Invisible Bedrock whose inventory sprite is 2d), but definitely affects what seems to be all items.
