This breaks sand piston doors and such... It seems to have broken after the Nether Update.
This has been tested on my Android 9.0 Tablet, My Fire TV Gaming, running Fire OS (Android 5.0), and my friend's Xbox, running the latest software version 10.0.19041.3068 (I think).

In the screenshot, the extended piston was powered first, then the unpowered piston. 
If the redstone torch powering the extended piston is removed, the extended piston is able to extend as normal. Pulling an extended piston via sticky piston also appears to be broken.

This also occurs in Survival, however, more extensive testing was conducted in Creative.
