If there’s fences around a block with fire in top, and destroy the block the fire is still up there (DOFIRETICK is off)

      When there’s fences around fire and a block under it, and when I break the block. The fire is still there. | Do Fire Tick is off.

       Steps to reproduce:

      1. Put fences around a fire with a block under it.
      2. Break the block under the fire.
      3. THE FIRE IS STILL THERE...

      Expected Results:
      Breaking the block under the fire the fire will disappear.

      Observed Results:
      Breaking the block under the fire will disappear.
