After the bee update rolled around to my switch I lost all of my purchased content from the marketplace, including my Minecoins. I have been in contact with support for the past little while, there was an issue with my account because I accidentally provided the wrong email so they were unable to access it but after correcting the email it was necessary for an engineer to support us with the issue. Before all that we tried the following things to return the content to my account:
Logging in and out
Uninstalling and reinstalling
Checking for updates
Force closing
Contacting Microsoft support
Contacting Nintendo support
I am making this report as suggested by my support agent (he has been very helpful throughout this) in hopes to make it known as an issue that should be given the time to be fixed as I know I am not the only user this has happened too. I have attached a screenshot of my build information that was requested by the engineer, I also provided my support agent with proof of purchase of the content. This issue has been present for me ever since the bee update and is well overdue to be fixed. I hope this report will be helpful. I am currently waiting to hear back for the results from the engineer over the next few days but am making this post in the meantime.
