I made a texture pack that changes the image that polished Blackstone bricks uses and when you load in a world with this texture pack on your global resources the game will either crash or won't show the texture and crash when you leave the world.

I attached a copy of the texture I was using (stone bricks with a lower contrast and a bit darker)
