Whenever you kill the Ender Dragon it should play the correct pitch dragon death sound all the time, but in Bedrock, it's a randomized pitch every time you kill it. It has a range of being incredibly low-pitched and slow, to very high pitched and fast. I have shown some videos of the correct pitch, the high pitch, and low pitch.
