I load into the game and a couple of minutes later it freezes causing me to have to close the app and reopen the game only for it to freeze again a few minutes after getting into the realm again. This isn't happening on another brand new realm we have created. Only on the one we've had going for around a year. It's a cheats enabled realm. We updated to 1.16 when it came out and since then this has been happening. It only seems to be for the Xbox users. Windows 10 doesn't seem to be affected. Please help as it really hurts a lot of our members making the game unplayable.
