Having trouble trying to join the world me and my friend have been working on, before the update he'd usually invite me from his xbox and I'd be able to see the invite on the top of my screen on my phone and join. 
Unfortunately after the update when he invites me the invite doesn't show up at all anymore. We can still play servers like The Hive and create parties, but i can no longer join worlds he has made.
