I noticed that sometimes, in water, while throwing a trident enchanted with Riptide (any level), you will be boosted forward as normal but you will either become stuck in the block or phase through, if there is open space right above it, to the level above. 

Steps to Reproduce:

• Enchant a trident with Riptide (any level will work)
• Throw the trident, while underwater, at a bunch of blocks above you. (Make sure there's air or water above the blocks above you)
• Keep trying until bug is found

Observed Results:
Throwing a trident with Riptide while in water at a solid block, you will either phase through it or become stuck in the block (without taking damage).

Expected Results:
Throwing a trident with Riptide while in water or rain at a solid block should stop you at the solid block.
