      Description

SOLVED ALONE, THE STAFF IS USELESS, THANKS--------------

Issue on Minecraft Bedrock Edition 1.14.60 and 1.16.
the "Affects Version/s" section won't let me put 1.14.60 because it says that it doesn't exist.

      ----------------------------------------------------
      My computer:
      Acer Aspire E1-571
      Ram: 4GB (3,82 usable)
      CPU: Intel Core i3-3110M 2.40GHz
      GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4000
      System x64
      ----------------------------------------------------
The "bug" is that minecraft takes the CPU up to 100% and freeze the PC.
I think that the problem is the "friends" section on the menu.
When minecraft loads the list of all my online friends it start lagging, now i dont know if it is because of the online friends, or because of the online realms, but i think its the second one.
Maybe, not because of the online *realms, but because of the realms that are still saved but no more available? i dont know. But im kinda sure that the problem is on the "friends" section and it makes the computer's CPU rise up to 100%.

      EDIT 1------------
while i was writing this report:
ok i just figured out that the problem is 101% on the connection between minecraft, The Xbox Account, and the friends.
On the Activity manager i took some screenshots, and a service called "Service Host: Web Account Manager" was doing the bad stuff, i shut down the activity.
The lag disappeared and the CPU is back to normal but now the friends and realms on the "friends" section are no more available and minecraft disconnected my account from the game.
Maybe this will help you spot the problem.

      EDIT 2------------
ok while i was uploading this issue i upgraded minecraft to 1.16 and now this issue doesn't make my computer die but the cpu still up to 100%, nothing changed for the stuff i said on the first edit. i think the problem is on connection. and this time when i shut down that precess, minecraft closed too.
      --------------------

I hope you are going to solve it.
If you had the same issue vote this and comment, thanks.

      FINAL EDIT.-----------

nevermind, at the end i solved it alone.

      HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM

           1: press Windows Button + X
2: click "Command Prompt (Admin)" or "Windows PowerShell (Admin)", for me its the second one.
3: wait until the powershell is loaded. when it is loaded you are going to see something like "PS C:\WINDOWS\system32> _ "
4: now just copy and past this "sc.exe config TokenBroker type= ownwithout the double quotes.
5: if the result is something like "success" or something like that, restart the computer, the problem is solved.
if it fails, it is because you didn't opened the powershell as admin.

thats it guys, i hope this is going to solve your problem in case you have the same issue.
for me it was the final solution.

      -------------------------------
comment if this solution solved your problem too, and vote this post, thank you.
