Loot tables set when placing loot table chest. not when player opens the selected chest

Custom loot tables automaticly set when placing chest with loot table which makes custom loot tables in custom structures imposible (To test if loot tables are generated place a comparitor beside the loot table chest in past versions if you place a comparitor it has no signal since the loot table hasent been generated pls fix it
