When mining blocks one block above or below the player, the breaking animation flickers

      If I am mining directly up into a wooden log, and that log is one block above me, the breaking animation flickers. I've attached a video. This also happens to my little sibling, who plays on a Kindle Fire (Fire OS). I don't know the exact specifications of their device.
