After the nether update got installed

when I load my worlds there are extreme delays in my inputs and lots of lag

It also happens when I load in the nether and the end

I think it might be because of the loading chunks that lag and delay my inputs but when I play in creative it gets worse

the videos only shows its a slight delay but really infuriating since it happens every time

the video is posted on yt because it does exceed the mb limit
