Shift clicking a netherite ingot into a smithing table moves it into the gear slot

      When you shift click a netherite ingot into a smithing table, it gets moved into the gear slot rather than the second slot. This also relates to MC-185777, because java had this bug.

      How to reproduce:

      1. Place a smithing table
      2. Shift click a netherite ingot
        It is at the gear slot.
