The Zombie Pigman skin from the 1st Birthday skin pack has been messed up. The bottom texture of the head has been swapped around the worng way. The front is facing the back and the back is facing the front and it looks really wierd.

I'm sure it wouln't be hard to fix at all. It's just that something went wrong when adding the skin. It's been this way for quite a while.
