in Creative mode, if you go to the Nether and throw an Enderpearl through the Nether Portal, once you go back to the Overworld, the pearl will be stuck in place mid-air, unable to be interacted with. but for some reason, the cow that wanted to go throw them got stuck in place.

PS: I broke the portal in my way back for a clearer view of the pearls.
