Disabling View Bobbing option does not disable the bobbing effect for player's main hand when walking. Bobbing does not occur when holding an item.

Expected Outcome:

Disabling View Bobbing option should disable bobbing on main hand and item held when walking.

Actual Outcome:
Main hand still has bobbing while walking with View Bobbing option disabled.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Settings > Video > View Bobbing, disable option
2. Switch currently selected item to N/A (empty, main hand displays)
3. Join any world
4. Walk, sprint or crouch; main hand still bobbing
