My buttons dissapear if I join some realm or my worlds

      One day I woke up and play minecraft realm when I saw that my buttons dissapeared my inventory thing and even the pause options I tried searching in youtube it said turn of the hud thing  but mine is turned off already but my buttons dissapeared always please help me I hope you can help me so I can play with my friends I'm in 1.14.60
