Me and my friend were going to look at this weird generating cool grass cave, but we noticed that water from a nearby river didn't flow into the spot where the cave began. We were super confused.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Spawn in a newly generated world, then go to a river that spawns near a cave (I recommend going to extreme hill biomes, they have both)
2. The water won't flow into the cave?
