Always open barrels are buggy since they change the texture of the barrel. It changes it to the open state. The open state may laget or crash Realms because Realms Plus is ten players which the texture updates 10 times which causes lag or crashing. How you do this is you push a open barrel. I use 4 ticks before it pushes. Then you connect redstone to the piston. That's how you do it.
