Hoglins aren't scared of warped fungus inside the flower pot. This behavior is fixed in the Java 1.16 snapshot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put warped fungus into the flower pot.
2. Spawn some hoglins.

Expected Results:
Hoglins will immediately run away from it.

Observed Results:
Hoglins don't run away from it.
