MC-135157 for bedrock
You are unable to plant crops like wheat, potatoes, carrots, beetroot, pumpkin stem, melon stem or nether warts by aiming at the side or bottom of a block. This only works when aiming directly at the farmland or soul sand. This also was a bug on java edition, which got fixed in 1.14, however it is not fixed on bedrock yet. This also affects sweet berry bushes, see MCPE-54049.
How to reproduce:
- Create farmland
- Place a block next to the block above the farmland
- Aim at the side of that block
- Hold wheat seeds in your hand
- Right click
What I expected to happen: You will plant the crop.
What actually happened: Nothing happened upon right clicking.
