Turtles are not laying eggs

      (actually version 1.14.60) When I breed turtles, the pregnant one is going to her beach, acting like she's laid her eggs and swimming off again but the problem is she isn't laying her eggs. This has happened twice so far in two different worlds on xbox minecraft.
