When I try to customize my character on Xbox one Minecraft bedrock, it works whenever I first open the game, but if I close Minecraft and play it again, all my skins reset. I think it has to do with this bug that Minecraft did where it gave me the earth day jacket and earth hat for free and I didn't even play Minecraft earth to earn them lol and ever since that my characters reset. Soooooo how do I fix it?
