      Description

      Hello. I have a problem logging in to a Microsoft account on playstation 4. I created the account itself, click on the "sign in to a Microsoft account" label, but every time I try to click this button, the following is written:

      Login error

      An error occurred while trying to log in to your Microsoft account.

      How do I fix this?
